OGE Canada was first founded by Dr. Gouda & Dr. Saleeb in Ontario. Chem. Paul Gouda had been the acting chairman of OGEC until 1995 when he left Canada for a Middle East contract.
Since then, Chem. Paul Gouda returned to Canada in 1998 and moved to BC.In 2004 he again held the chairmanship CEO of OGLC and maintained the responsibilities of research & development certification, contract assignments, chemist subcontracting and the over-all CEO duties.
