Guideline to fee structure
Optimum Green Laboratories
Head office, Canada.
Fees shown below are in Canadian dollar
The following table provides you with a good idea of what OGL charges and for which service.
Please keep in mind the following facts & factors:

1- This is a guideline only. Actual costs may be considerably greater depending on the nature of assignment.
You'll be notified in advance in such a case.

2- There are other environmental consultants who charge less. We don't compare.  At OGL, you'll be talking to
a Doctor of chemistry who will personally advise, analyze and report.  Your sample will not be sent to a
cheap mass-production commercial laboratory ... it will be analyzed / tested by a doctor of chemistry, not a
lab technician or a junior chemist.
Your trouble shooting report will be written by a qualified professor of chemistry with the highest qualifications
in the field, and with great experience in that specific area of chemical analysis or chemical treatment.
   We simply don't compare!
The following is a fee structure guideline:

Unless otherwise specifically agreed upon or is specified, the average fee is $2000 a day (6 hours) per chemist.

The following are exceptional and specific applications:
Please note that all fees are non refundable and must be paid in advance.  You will also be given an estimate with the
approximate expected number of hours or average expected total cost of the work involving your case (chemical laboratory
analysis - bench & instrumental testing, research, consultation, administration ... etc) including the expected necessary
number of technical report writing pages.

1- Initial consultation fee:   A 30 minutes meeting with a senior chemist:  $500

2-  Consultation -1:  minor and brief issue / question / clarification involving 15 minutes meeting and/or one page report: $400
as a case/file setup or case examination charge. This is session-2 of the treatment sequence.
Consultations itemized herewith under clauses #2-5 are applicable post the initial case setup indicated by                               the preceding item #1 "$900".    If such short session of a limited consultation is all that is required by                                     the client, the fee to meet with a chemist shall be $600 per 15 minutes, initial consultation.

3- Consultation -2:  dealing with trouble shooting class -1:  $650 per hour &  $100 per page - plus personal - travel expenses.
                            Minimum 5 hours charge.

4- Consultation -3:  trouble shooting class -2:  $800 per hour & $200 per page.   Minimum 8 hours charge.

5- Consultation -4: trouble shooting class -3:  $1,200 per hour & $400  per page.   Minimum 10 hours charge.

6- Instructing-teaching-training:  level -1: $400 per hour (plus travel/personal expenses, applicable to all levels below)
                                              level -2: $500 p/h
level -3: $600 p/h      minimum 4 hours charge per day applies to all 3 levels..

The preceding and the following fees exclude the cost of chemical reagents and other required chemical
    analysis/testing/treatments material.

7-  Laboratory - refinery & other chemical plants set-up, development, instrumentation, analytical procedures and chemical
treatment techniques ... etc: minimum charge $10,000 for 3 full days of consultation by one or each organic or inorganic
chemist.  Beyond the first 3 days, $2000 a day per chemist.

8- Toxicology - contamination and other environmental & health / safety cases: minimum $5000 initial charge, plus $3000 a day per chemist.

9- Analysis, organic laboratory: $200 to $800 per parameter / element, per sample, depending on the nature of sample, and the
required instrumental & bench analysis involved. Basic residential potable water analysis package include 6 organic &
inorganic parameters for $200 per element per sample - per parameter is a general guideline; minimum 4 samples contract.

10- Analysis, selected inorganic parameters: $150 to $600 per sample / per element. Laboratory set-up & sample preparation -
digestion charge of $500 applies if less than 10 samples are submitted for any one parameter.

11- Producing certified SRM - organic & inorganic standard reference material for instrumental and wet analysis at ppm, ppb
& ppt levels.  Average volume: 200 ml  @ average range $400 to $1200 per standard bottle.  Minimum $3000 purchase
    required.

12- Blind QC samples and a complete QA certification programme.  $2000 per sample per element per test, based on
minimum 5 parameters programme, performed 4 to 12 times a year; minimum 1 year term.

13- Health-relate consultation and products in the area of veterinarian bone development and analysis. Cost varies based on the type of product. Contact us for details.

14- Health-related consultation, research & development and products in the area of sex performance enhancement and erectile deficiency treatments. Cost varies. Contact us for details.  OGL is in the process of certification of a revolutionary product that will put an end to dangerous products such as viagra.

15- Health-related consultation in the medical areas of choosing the sex of the baby (or puppy), and providing related supplement products. Contact us for cost details.

Other specific cases may involve a different fee structure. There has been cases of industrial chemical trouble shooting, refinery problems and laboratory analysis cases that involved one day visit followed by limited homework and a short report with simple solutions, a $2000 invoice, or ... a complex case that required extensive research and involved a $20,000 invoice. Each case is unique.

The preceding is only an estimate. As explained, the costs may be greater based on the individual case.  Contact OPL with the details of your case for a more informed estimate.
